  • Wireless Power Consortium (WPC): The governing body for Qi and Qi2 standards publishes certified device lists and technical specifications that we reference for standard details.
  • Technical testing: Where possible, we test compatibility claims using certified Qi and Qi2 chargers. Test conditions and results are documented in our methodology.

2. Review Process

Before a page is published:

  1. Compatibility data is verified against the official manufacturer product page.
  2. All wattage figures are cross-referenced with the WPC certified device list where applicable.
  3. Troubleshooting guides are reviewed against known documented causes of charging issues.
  4. Educational content is fact-checked against published technical standards.

3. How Pages Are Updated

Pages are updated when:

  • A new device with relevant specifications launches.
  • A manufacturer updates their published charging specifications.
  • A reader reports a factual error (via our contact page).
  • A charging standard is updated or a new certification is introduced.

All pages display a "Last updated" date. This date reflects the most recent editorial review or data change, not just a minor copy edit.
